And we are back from Opening Day! It wasn't a terrible day overall, it was just kind of sad that most of the coasters were closed. But the good part about that is almost all of the closures (coasters and flats) were due to wind or wind-related issues. (We don't know why The Dark Knight was closed, but hey!). And yeah it was overcast but that's normal for Opening Day! At least it didn't rain. And as long as the weather holds tomorrow I think it could end up being a good opening weekend overall.

So I hope everyone enjoyed the LiveBlog we did today. It was turned off a little earlier than expected but that's alright. We will type up a more detailed report later but here's a transcript of the LiveBlog for everyone to read! There is some good information in the LiveBlog about new things at the park this year, and even some pictures!

And if you aren't sure what we meant by LiveBlog, well, if you looked at our front page today we were updating info straight from the park! Make sure to check it out next time we mention it - you guys can even ask us questions and stuff!

And to all our members, I know its negative days now on the counter haha. I will get around to just changing it to 0 tomorrow and hopefully on monday have it changed to a set of new features! We also have a video of one of the shows that is currently rendering on my computer. So sit tight!

looked fun. i live 5 mins away and couldnt make it! I watched your whole live blog all day and really loved. I even asked a few questions! Ill Be there 2day though.

it worked well Text and Photos  Cheesy

I couldn't make it this weekend but hope to get out the next few weeks
I need my coaster fix and meet up with fiends.

Spring and parks opening up makes me fell better about the whole economy thing, I believe SIX can turn around  Cheesy

Hey it also appears as though Chiller's launch building is totally gone.  That was still there at the end of last season wasn't it?

It's still there, at least on the one picture I took from my good camera. Maybe innervision has better photos of it. I honestly didn't notice one way or another, I just checked the pictures I took (which I hope to have up later) and it looks to still be there
