They got some more pics up on TPR... This thing is starting to look a little like something you make on a computer for hahas.

Very freaky. It makes strange noises but seems to take the course well. Curious to see what a full train does.

Robb Alvey would NOT approve.  Six Flags had the nerve to watermark their intellectual property (now why would that bother any honest copyright respecting person?).

Separately, AWESOME!  Wow's planning a trip to a place he goes not often.

Did I see a tunnel on it? when the train is making the final run back it isn't shown for a split second. I like how smooth the train looks going around the layout but I'm kind of miffed that the train looks like it creeps over some of the hills, but a view from a camera and the real life experience are totally different things.

I'm pumped for this either way, and I would look forward to a texas sized trip during the summer. If my mom could finally have the job offering finalized I would like to do Fiesta Texas, Over Texas and even hit up Kemah Boardwalk and the Bullet's new train, too.

Don't knock creeping over a hill until you've tried it!  See also The Coney Island Cyclone! Smiley

I'm totally stoked about this ride.  Can't wait!  For those that are interested, below is a video I shot of the Giant back in 2002 (with ride operator permission - we were the only peeps on the train) and after what I've heard happened to it over the years, I'm really glad I got to ride it back in the day.  But this looks impressive!

Coney Island Cyclone would be better if it didn't creep over its hills.

Nah, it'd just be The Georgia Cyclone, without the fun parts.

Looks fun, but slower in a couple of parts than I hoped. We shall see how it turns out.

^Right because going faster would make it un-fun. And Millennium Force would be even less boring if it went slower.

Volcano: The Blast Coaster was even more fun the first season, when, due to electrical problems, it could not launch full blast.  Speed is over-rated.  Then again, see Beast.

Funny, 'cause the fun thing to do on Volcano is get in line for the front seat at the end of the night and get the whole train to yourself at full launch power = FAST! Just ask Fissbeking. We call it "doing the Volcano thing". LOL

Beast would be better with no brakes. Wink I'm hoping they eventually put Timberliners on it and let it run full-out. As much as I love them, the 3-bench PTC's eat up the track due to their inability to steer through all of those turns, hence the need for the brakes.

I have a picture of them unloading Volcano because it rolled back. Sucked because I was the next train.

I remember the last time I went to King's Dominion, Volcano was opening later in the day due to an "incident" a few days before. Of course that was like 2002...

I have rolled back on Volcano...but in the back seat of the train!  Yes, it's awesome...and I adore Volcano...it is the ONLY non-hyper steel coaster I even bother to count.  I wouldn't count it, but it makes me! Smiley
