Cedar Fair's Kings Dominion has announced it (or whose ever's Kings Dominion it will be by then) is currently scheduled to open Friday, April 2.

If your question is whether you can process your Platinum Pass certificate from Dorney at Kings Dominion, the answer is yes.  I strongly suggest getting to the park when the parking lot opens and getting in line.  That line can go for hours and hours and hours opening day.  You may also want to watch for early processing at both parks.  Though, given the coming possible change in ownership, who knows what they may do about processing this year.

i wouldn't go to KD on opening day, probably mid/late april, i've been looking at early processing for DP, but thats quite a distance to drive 'just' to process the pass, I live along the Shore, closest is GA. Thanks for the advice though.
