I can't. Won't have enough money in my account to do it anytime soon. We can discuss this later on. Give me a call today sometime (Sunday)

We found out the regular rooms with 2 queen beds would only be $60 a person with 4 people for the weekend and the family suite would be $75 for 6 people with smaller beds. The family suite is starting to seem like the least popular option.

And the suite relies on a pull-out couch for two peeps. No couch for me. Queen bed sounds way.better.

I'm a King.

If it's hot and humid that weekend, I do not want to sleep in a tent.

Regardless of the weather... I'd pay the extra $$ for a comfy bed any day of the week.

It's just very important to remember that even if a parent company goes bankrupt, the business usually goes on.  Who owns and/or runs it may change, but the business itself is seldom liquidated.  Kings Island, like Great Adventure, is a very expensive investment that will not be allowed by any bankruptcy judge to just sit idle.  That would not be anyone's best interest.

Obviously, the same is true of Cedar Point, Dorney, etc.

I don't think bankruptcy has much to do with holiwood nights... Unless CLAWS is bankrupt. Say it ain't so! No CLAWS this year Virginia.

My reason for wanting to stay there is incase my fam wimps out on saturday night after 8 rds of voyage, they can take the car and I can walk back at mid-night.

Bedsides the closeness is the hotel nice? Also do you need to reserve way in advance for that weekend?

It's a nice hotel. I never thought the price was that bad but I don't mind paying a few extra $$ to save driving at the end of a long day. It might take you about 10-15 minutes to walk fro the park entrance to the hotel.

As for booking in advance, it can't hurt to do it. I don't think they charge you until the day you check in, so booking it wouldn't be a bad idea.

Sort of off topic, but not really. I was looking into hotels for June and decided while I was at it to look into hotels for PPP in Oct.

1) Are hotels a good call, or is camping the way to go. What I mean by that is the camp ground scene awesome after PPP is over? I know there is a bon-fire... Do you guys camp, or hotel it?

2) The prices I was getting for Danville was only 50-60 a night. Will they go up huge $$$ once PPP gets closer?
