I wonder, is it healthier that the old fries or is it still a calorie clogger?

More calories and more sodium than the ones they are replacing, but no trans fats.

Still falls into the "take in moderation" group. ItMs really sad the FDA still calls that stuff a potato even though it has absolutely nothing healthy in it after being deep fried and coated in salt. For all the kiddies, eat a salad.

A salad doused in dressing can be just as bad.  Or Wendy's salads, which have a HUGE dose of sodium in them nowadays...

I know the dressing can ruin a good salad, I also heard rumors that amcdonald's salad was just as bad as a big mac. It also would help if people look at the nutrition facts or atleast ask about the food the could be eating... you'd be surprised what the put into some of the foods in most fast food places.

Remember, stores are using up all the old version first. If you can't see the skins (and probably a sign saying new fries), they are the old ones. Sea salt, thinner and skins are the telltales of the new ones...

It may take as long as the end of next week for some stores to use all of the older product.

Yuck!  That will help me eat healthier because I won't get them.  Can't stand sea salt and don't like skins!

Two week?  Do you mean once every two weeks or two times per week?

Also, Burger King's fries are horrid, in my opinion.

Those fries don't sound appetizing. But someone needs to do a review for how they taste with the Frostees!

I'm not a big French fry person. These are better though. If you don't know if you're Wendys has them, look for advertising all over lol. We had to change all of the pictures in the store to adhere to our new sexy fries

I too am not a big fry fan, but I like them enough that I actually finished my portion. That is a rare thing for me. I usually don't finish my fries since I get tired of them.
