I would like to apologize on how the draft was conducted this year. It was not the best and I really wish I could have done it better.

I have intentions of always keeping up with it and posting the rounds in a timely manor, so no one is just guessing on when it is going to happen. But clearly it did not happen that way. That forced everyone to have to look every few hours and hope that the next round was posted so you can plan around it and it is not fair to you guys.

I know that this is supposed to be fun, but it seems in the last few rounds it has gone from being fun to frustrating.

I realize that there is not much I can do for the rest of this year, but I already have notes for next year with suggestions on how it should be conducted so that everyone has an equal and fair shot. It is not right that someone can always be online and is able to post there pick, where others have work/school where they can only log on every two or three days. This is a forum, you should be able to come on here at your convenience.

I felt I had to say something, instead of just getting this one out of the way and just leaving it behind me. I thought I could keep up with it since I did it last year, but I was wrong and everyone suffered for it.

So once again I really do apologize for this. I know that you guys have participated in many drafts in the past, so I am open to all suggestions since this is relativity new to this. I took it over when Rob left with the intentions of keeping a fun part of the off season going. I still want to do this, as it does seem to make the off season go a bit faster.

Like I said, if you have suggestions they are more than welcome. I am going to keep a list and make sure that the this does not happen again next year.

Don't be so hard on yourself. It's just a silly coaster draft. Wink

Honestly do not feel bad at all. I did not notice anything wrong with the way you conducted the draft this year. Yes, I do have an iphone so I can basically check the forums whenever I want, but you gave everyone a date and time frame so you did the best you could. Heck, even I missed a pick knowing the time and date I had to pick and could have definitely done so with my iphone if I couldn't get to a computer.

Ya I agree... I have no problem at all. Only thing different is that it seems like more missed picks this year. But thast no biggie. Better rides for ppl who make thier picks on time.
