Shout Enhancement Request

Checking if the exact same shout has been posted recently and disposing of it on duplicate posts.
My Blackbery Storm 2 screen spazzed out and posted the same thing multiple times.
The shoutbox seems to get the most use on the site, our small version of twitter.

My droid does it if I accidentally go back to the previous page... atleast it notifies me now instead of posting my shout three times.
