Invited to ride Nitro in the cold early misty mourning.
Four guys competing to be the host of a new TV show on the Travel Channel based on Man vs food but with thrill rides and coasters and other extreme things like the downhill cheese run. It's only a pilot so who knows if it will ever become a show? thanks Joe
Here is Ryan Dunn from the Jackass and Bam Shows on MTV trying out. All four rode the coaster at different times and commented on the ride

The Young dude BELOW we nicknamed "McLovin" \/ he sat next to the hosts most rides and they held his hand and joked with him.

Although Nitro in the cold rain is pretty extreme too.

Why can't these "shoots" ever be during times that accommodate "normal people's" schedules? ;)

Yes Bubba as Host , he should be in a few of the segments he was sitting behind the 4 hosts most of the time

Is the show supposed to be about these guys competing to be the host or are they going to pick one of them and have them travel and do various extreme activities?

I think the whole point is having them compete. I could be wrong though.

This shoot was an audition for the final four potential hosts. The footage will be viewed by Travel Channel Executives and they will make their decision on who they want to host the show. This was basically a "pilot" for the hosts. Only one of them will make the cut and become the host of the actual show.
