 I'm sorry to bother but I have a question. I never understood how to insert a picture into a Forum post. Is there a certain way? Please help me.

To upload you will need to use the actual reply button instead of the quick reply. You will see a "additional options" toggle at the bottom. In that screen will also be the button to use the img /img tags. You can also add photos to your gallery and each photo in there gives you the tags to use to add them to your post ;).
