Many Major Improvements in Store for 2010

CLEMENTON, New Jersey, April 15, 2010 – This summer at Clementon Park and Splash World promises to be the hottest ever as this iconic and refurbished theme and water park introduces the all new Ring of Fire.

The Park’s first new ride since 2004, Ring of Fire is a brilliant and towering 60-foot loop thriller that takes twenty brave riders to the brink of breathlessness with every heart-pounding loop. Zipping up and over, backwards and forwards, even coming to a standstill upside down six stories up, this dazzling new attraction takes its daring participants on an exhilarating and unique ride-in-the-round. Positioned at the Park front-and-center next to the main entrance, this spectacular loop will be a feast for the eyes, too, with its more than 2,000 synchronized twinkling lights setting the night aflame in glorious hues of yellow, red, orange and blue.

Since its 2007 acquisition by Edmond, OK-based Adrenaline Family Entertainment, Inc., Clementon Park & Splash World has seen massive changes. In 2008 this 103 year-old Park received major park-wide renovations plus introduced Laguna Kahuna, the largest expansion in Splash World’s history. In 2009 the Park made major modifications to its food service locations to offer a variety of new items and increase speed of service plus installed comfortable private cabanas. For the rest of the improvements for the upcoming 2010 season the Park has focused on creating the perfect setting for guests to take time out from all the excitement by renovating and remodeling its center-of-the-park Garden Pavilions. Also improved for 2010 is the Carousel Gift Shop which will combine a bright and delightful shopping experience with the thrill and fun of a new arcade.

For the third straight season, Clementon Park & Splash World is offering the AMAZING $49.99 Season Pass*. For just $49.99 per person, plus tax, pass holders get free admission to both the theme park and water park all summer long, a value book that includes over $300 in discounts on merchandise, food, and admission, plus 4 FREE tickets for friends! The Amazing $49.99 Season Pass is now available at clementonpark.com.

The park opens for its 103rd consecutive season on Friday, May 28 at 10:00am

Dan, Bubba, H and I finally rode one of these at a carnival a couple of years ago. I don't think any of us wish to ever ride one again.

I wonder what they paid for that ? They could and still can buy the coaster from blue diamond for 225,000 on eBay . They also have a sky diver and a bunch of other rides still for sale.
