Regardless of Alvey's speculation, the decision to put it in Canada had to have been made months ago or Keith wouldn't have had enough time to make an animation. Those things take time and he animates the park as well so...I really want to see what he said... I wonder if it was babble or actual thought.

I personally LOVE the look of the Intamin box track with all the triangle bracing. It's so detailed.
P.S. MF's drop angle is 80 degrees. But the crest is too long of a radius to give any powerful airtime. The B&M Millennium Force's drop looks "tighter" and should give a nice kick in the back seat. Likely the best first drop ever actually. Right now without a doubt that goes to Texas Giant 2.0, followed by i305.

im just worriedabout how they will protect riders on the train from the punk kids that think it would be funny to throw a quarter at the track as the train passes by the first drop trench and the hammerhead turnaround. im pretty sure getting hit by a quarter at 92mph will do some damage.

2017... for the Canada`s 150th birthday of course!
This might be the first B&M to potentially valley...Nitro valleyed opening day a couple of years ago.
I think the newer B&M Mega trains would have looked more appropriate for the size of this coaster. Looks sort of funny.
I wonder if B&M did anything different when designing the chain lift since this is so much taller than their other coasters. I remember that Morgan explained how they used two separate chains for Steel Dragon 2000 because one long one would have been too heavy.
maybe they have the trims on now and because its going so slow now they will decide that they aren't necessary
^Which means on days when it's running really fast we'll never get those "awesome" rides it is capable of giving. Everyone will have the same ride essentially. Unless of course... it gets hit by lightning and the maint. crews don't notice for a week or two, then you'll have those brakeless rides :) (Right Matt?)

I just went to get my seasons pass and I have pics to upload... so it wasn't going to happen anyway. Alot of minor park improvements. The landscaping thats been done actually makes it look like Leviathan isn't bordering the parking lot. There is a new sign at the front gate. Also something called coke of the world machines.. I've heard they carry over 100 types of coke products.. Possibly even mt dew... Or is mt dew pepsi? I always forget.

mt dew is pepsi, sadly. the closest equivalent that cocacola offers is vault, which I haven't seen anywhere in the last 5 years...
Ha! cool idea. However there are buildings and such where this addition is... If it was going to bigger it would have spilled into the go karts. I believe that is why it is the size it is. If you are wondering the go karts are to the left of the first drop.
You just dont get pulled over the first drop like you do on Behemoth.

2) Behemoth doesn't do what I expect a great ride to do (nor does Levy from the sound of things).
All I remember about el toros ending is that twisting mayham. I guess there are two bumps after that. I wouldn't say the ending is sucky.
Leviathans ending isnt sucky. It just ends too soon. You could say the last 3rd of the ride is sucky. But its more like it's just less excitting than the first 2/3. Some days you get a huge airtime pop flying into the break run.
