I rank wood and steel together easily. It comes down to if every coaster I've ridden were in the same park, what order would I ride the in?

Not sure how you find that easy. I can't even really pick ten favorites of either category, let alone rank them in order I would want to ride them.

In fact, I'll try to share my spreadsheet.  It's ranked, with stats on the coasters.  I have it on Google Drive.

Fun fact. Behemoth is the highest rated BM hyper on the most recent Hawkers poll. As well as coaster Buzz.

I can rank them together, but its hard to not change your mind depending on mood. Not to mention if I rode Phoenix two weeks ago of course I like it more than RF2 which I havent rode in over a year.

I guess people got past the trimmage especially after its cousin i232 opened up. I've been hearing a lot more hate lately about i232 than Leviathan, Behemoth, and Shambhala. Would love to get up to Canadaland but I got no passport at the moment, so that's going to be years down the road.

Only things I can rank are #1 wood and #1 steel, and that's really just which one I would prefer to ride more. Anything below that is just a giant ? and gets changed up constantly.

Yeah google docs isn't really that kind with direct links.

ROAR East fan, I like that already! I have heard that it's one of the better woods in the southern region but I just haven't had the opportunity to get out to SFA to ride it (A head's up about it would've been lovely Matt).

I guess all the clones and duelies are considered ties other than the Hurlers?

It's hard to rank coasters acuratly until you've been to a park 3-5 times. A couple of rides on one given day tells you next to nothing about a coaster. As much Behemoth is my fav Hyper its hard to say with out a doubt its better than nitro considering I have 1 lap lifetime on Nitro in the 2nd row at 10:30 am. Next time I get to SFGAdv Nitro is getting marathoned.

You'd rather ride Woodstock Express than Kennywood's Racer. Wow.  I call invalid. LOL

And not this year...
Nitro was a little rough a few months ago and I doubt they fixed it since.

Wow, Are you kidding me, rough?  ;) What does that make rolling thunder then? It was fine everytime I rode it. If it was extra rough than it was most likely a worn wheel and since has been replaced by now.

I suppose I'll find out Saturday morning.
Earlier in the season they seemed in no rush to be replacing those worn wheels.
Maybe they were saving them for a special occasion.

It also sounds like the weekend fireworks were a no go.
Maybe they will have them for ROTB!

Racer at KW is one of the most boring rides ever. Could be that there are three amazing coaster near by. But it's boring.

PS that Woodstock Express that ranks higher are the three kiddy woodies at the former paramount parks. I think they're more fun than Racer.

Nitro has its moments where it shows its age and is a little...vibratey. It's been pretty good this season though, from my experience.

Thing is even the newer B&Ms (I'm looking at you Hydra) have more of a rattle than Nitro has. If age is to blame for Nitro's rattling, I really want to know what's wrong with the newer B&Ms.

Also on the lighter side the rattle cannot be anywhere near as bad as Furius Baco @ Port Adventura, those PoVs look like they were done on a washing machine xD

Wow Clint. Have you ridden Racer in the back? It's great. I'd take it over Jack Rabbit any day. Several hills with airtime, the best being the final drop. Add in the racing and handslapping... Better than most coasters IMO.  Even the front is better than the PTC Junior woodies.

I believe Nitro's rattle is nothing more than some bad road wheels.  Basically, budget cuts.

Yeah, I've ridden Racer in the front and back, both sides, on 2 seperate visits.  Just wasn't a fan.  It was slow and no real airtime both visits.

As long as they make sure they aren't delaminating themselves while the train is running circuits like what's happened on i305 quite a few times it shouldn't be that big of a deal either way.

I'd love to get to Kennywood at some point next year, it's only a 4 hour drive from my house so I can easily do it in a day trip (although I really want to add more parks to the trip like Cedar Point). Then and again I live 45 minutes from SFA and still haven't gone there yet xD
