couple of questions about the lake.

1) Is the dark ride a legit dark ride or is it like a boo blasters on boo hill dark ride.

2) Are either trains worth the time?

3) Are the flyers really as bad as I have heard?

4) Is the rapids ride or the flume good? The rapids ride looks really laime.

5) The side trip to Ted's a, and then Quassy taking into account eating and riding time should take about 3 hours. Does that sound right? and if so is it worth it considering the first trip to Lake Compounce factor.

Standard Shooting Dark Ride. Go to Beech Bend for a real dark ride!

It won't take long...and one will take you to the Chair Lift that is well worth the time. Just do it before it closes.

Yes, Cycle is very short

I pass on water rides..flume does go up into the mountain.

The past two years the park has not been that crowded. If you get there at opening you can usually pull off small morning ERT on BD. Then hit up the other rides as it gets a bit more crowded. I've yet to make it thru the entire night time ERT, sigh.
They also give out a ton of door prizes in the afternoon...but I've yet to snag anything.

And I take it you are going now?

Both water rides are good. The rapids has one of the biggest splash moments on any rapids ride.

The flyers are the worst flyers in the world (I have ridden almost all of them).

Go to Quassy and swing through Ted's. It's worth it. You won't regret taking time for Wooden Warrior. There is a second location of Ted's now that is much larger and has free refills on soda (the original place just has canned soda). Look it up to see which location will work best for you. If both parks open at the same time, consider starting at Quassy. Boulder Dash is a walk-on in the morning, but starts out slow in the morning.

Quassy is only open noon-6PM on the Sept 10th.
But only $17 for an all day ride pass.

quassy offers 3.50 rides or 12 rides for 32. Im thinking 3ish rides on WW and then Peace out Quassy. we should car pool to quassy and teds.

The guy who runs Oc~Boulder~Fest Rus Ozana is extremely nice.
I can't see him having a problem with a late arrival if you let him know in advance.
When you sign up online I would just mention it or shoot him an e-mail.

4 years ago he even refunded my registration fee due to the hurricane that visited us.
Something I really didn't really expect.

You could even still make a quick stop at Quassy on the way to the park!

Is anyone going to SFNE on Sunday? I'm going until probably 3 or 4. Due to my 7 hour drive back to Toronto afterwards.

Did anyone else hear they are re-naming Deja Vu from SFMM to Goliath at SFNE? Kind of strange.
