Epcot Wand Coming Down!

Ironically, I have family that was unfortunately involved in making the damn thing and even he hates it with a passion lol

edit:  I should have probably noted that Disney has not made a formal annoucement to confirm its removal.  It is considered a rumor until then.

Seriously, it's about time after all these rumors across the years about the wand coming down. IMO, the Spaceship Earth structure is beautiful enough that it doesn't need the sparkly wand to really stand out.
