I sure hope not. I read on a few places that the trims were on Voyage during regular operating hours. I'm almost positive they will turn them off for the event though after the park closes. (I really really hope)

I'd imagine they will be off for ERT, but maybe not during the day. I'm curious as to how much the affect the end of the ride. I think my last visit was about a week before the trims started being used.

According to some, the trims only affected the Triple Down... by the time it got out of there, and into the trick track, it still hauled through the remainder of the ride, thats the only part I'm worried about as it's my favorite section of track on any coaster to date.

My favorite moment on the whole ride is probably the S-curve double down where all Hell starts to break loose, but the triple down is mighty tasty as well.

^ I should have re-phrased that. I'm really not a huge fan of the Triple Down, or the first two 90 degree turns. I meant to say my favorite spot was from the "trick track" all the way until it hits the final brakes. Most intense coastering ever. Just picture Tsunami's helix speed on Boulder Dash, with a little more twisting... Oh boy.

Triple down and the last set of LIM's are my favorite as well, but who cares...I get to work all weekend.

Those LIM's are off the hook... the splash down would be better if it got the crowd soaked.

Last year after the first night, I rode it 26 times. We got up the next morning and I was so sore. We hopped on Legend, and my chest, shoulders and legs were sore. I found out later that riding it "limp" will make it much more tolerable. I was riding it holding on during all of the intense parts (the entire ride), bracing for the worst. The next night, I left feeling great, like I just visited a chiropractor!

you can't fight it  it will win (thats why I was sweating, plus 90+ degree and pain killers)
just let it take you on its voyage.

it took what 25 + years to top The Beast in its intensity (pre Beast trims) and almost length.
how long will it take to top the Voyage  ?

Just like will Kingda Ka height ever get topped or not ever when.  HHmm

edit:  What 26 times  :o  dam

I ended up with 49 rides between the 2 days. I was shooting for 50, but we "dilly dallied" too much during the day on Saturday, and I wasn't lucky enough to make it into the station before they closed the queue. The people in there that were sitting in the middle rows got about 5-10 extra rides each night.

If you do, I suggest going for an event or a day they are open past 8:30, which is rare. I went once or twice on "daytime" visits, and I really didn't like the place all that much. Honestly, I still don't like the park as much as most people, but the night rides on all 3 coasters are amazing.

Depends on the weather. They have quite a few rides to keep lines somewhat low. If it's hot out, the water park gets packed. We went on weekdays and it wasn't too bad, the only downfall is 1 train ops when it isn't too busy. Voyage always has 2 running, so thats a plus.

oo. Don't the coasters at Mt. Olympus only have one train each? Do the lines ever get bad there?

Yeah, they only run one train on there coasters there. The lines usually aren't bad because everyone is at the waterpark and they dispatch the trains really quick as well.

Geez, I miss that place.
