Hey maybe we have this all mixed up.

Six Flags likes to play the Nightmare Before Christmas music right? So maybe he means Sandy Claws :D

I'm just adding, but this site is chock-full of coaster and theme park enthusiasts. If you really want to post a rumor, you have to give some sort of proof to it. So far, other than reading six flags this, six flags that from the maker of the idea, I'm still not a believer. It's WAY too soon for 2010 fright fest plans. If it were in like august, I might believe it.

I'll never be a believer of it lol.It just sounds like something Cedar Fair would use for a ride theme or haunt and they came up with in 10 minutes..

Cedar Fair doesn't believe in dark rides, and is known for removing them left and right.  And, when they try to theme, the result is often...how to be charitable?...uh, interesting.  See Disaster Transport at Cedar Point, The Crypt at Kings Island, etc.

Not to mention when tried to theme Top Thrill Dragster's trains, the wheels fell off.

That is true.  Imagine if someone had come on this site's predecessor and predicted the topping of Top Thrill Dragster plus a hill at Ye Olde Home Park the year before...back then...

that person would still be bragging about it.

With persistency though (about CLAWS), the "normal" person gives up within a couple of minutes to a few weeks. If I am right, we might not be hearing anything about claws in February at the latest.

It's probably just ignorance lol. This Claws things just isn't happening unless Six Flags is forced to sell all parks and we are sold to Cedar Fair and in desperation they have a GP naming contest for TDK and Clawsrocks somehow wins hah

Cedar Fair doesn't have enough money and credit at this point to buy Six Flags Great Adventure's trash cans, much less the park.

Yet there is truth to it, SF probably couldn't buy anything from CF either.

At this point, Six Flags can do nothing (including Claws) without approval of the bankruptcy judge.  More about which, tomorrow.

BOOOOOOOOOM! LOL

Is Claws likely, probably not.  But, never write anything off. Afterall, you just may have never heard about what Six Flags has up their sleeves

For the lazy:

Another item to look forward to is Six Flags plans to create and market their own unique characters and content. This allows them to own them outright, and that falls down the line to merchandise, goodwill, and more, much of which helps them extend the Six Flags brand.

*edit*
And for extra fun, cause I like doing that...

Like Great Adventure had when it first opened?

Yes.  But since this is a corporate thing, and a Shapiro idea...Think. BIGGER. :D

Just some food for thought.

Like when one of the first things he and Mr. Snyder wanted to do was ditch Mr. Six...who suddenly reappeared some time later?

WOW! So many comments! You guys, i have been a Six Flags fan my whole life. I trust Six Flags will take good care of my idea. For everyone who dose not think its true, ok. It dose sound like some crazy person with big dreams. But six flags needs CLAWS! To bring in some money! TDKC thing is a wish. I talked to SF about it and they are trying to get premission from DC Comics to re theme the ride. Oh, and who ever said claws is like Talon... HE IS A PERSON! Not a creature! So, i will keep you guys posted about CLAWS. kEEP the coments coming!

Will you be testifying in bankruptcy court in March during the confirmation hearing about future spending by the company?

What are you talking about GADVwow??? I am only working with SF on Claws. That's it! I have no clue on Sf's bankruptcy. Sf just said they want CLAWS to bring in some cash. Also, they liked the idea and think people will like him. So what the hell are you talking about!

cost of claws> revenue from claws

That all major spending will be reviewed by the court along with future product/ride/service plans.  I figured if you were so essential to Great Adventure's plans, they'd have you testify in an effort to gain approval for their plans.
