New York Bans Sodas over 16 ozs

I don't drink soda anyway,, I'm surprised they didn't ban forks and knives so no one hurts themselves
what about those 2000 calorie hamburgers or
look out i may be stupid enough to not know to lift my leg when walking up or down a curb and hurt myself

If the curb isn't painted yellow you can sue the city and say you never knew it was there!

Anything of this nature is obserd as long as smoking isn't 100% banned world wide.
