Title: Season Pass Prices Going Up
Post by: jglonek on May 17, 2010, 10:25:38 AM
I'm not (really) surprised, but the season pass prices will be going up after May 31st! I actually thought they would stay the same all year this year, since they didn't go up over the off-season at all.

You can buy them here (http://www.sixflags.com/greatAdventure/tickets/seasonpass.aspx), $69.99 for the Play Pass (no Safari), $79.99 for the 2-Park and $99.99 for the 3-Park.

Expect the prices to go up by $10 a piece starting June 1st.

The prices increase every year after memorial day.

Personally, I think they should jack them up even more. That isn't that big of a difference.

Wade i disagree but agree. YEs it should be more to get more moola. But its a nice price for people that are in financial trouble.

I have always said that Six Flags should use the same system Cedar Fair does, since you can go to Six Flags America and buy a season pass for about the same price of a one day ticket at Great Adventure.

Given how Mr. Weber has run parks in the past, I'd suspect gate pricing may go up while in park pricing may go down...and overall profits will rise, as will guest satisfaction.  We shall see.
