I know if you have a season pass, on Sept 30th,  you can do one paid Haunt attraction for free.

The official media materials have not yet been sent out.  When they are we'll be posting them :).

And as Bubba pointed out, September 30th is Fall Family Fun Night for season pass holders only.  It also acts as a preview for Fright Fest and includes the one haunt free of charge.

Hopefully we have some new choices this year!

I do see one thing new from the official website. Unless it was already like this last year, I can't remember at all.

Fright by Night Entertainment
When the clock strikes 5:30 p.m., the sun goes down and the ghouls come out.  Watch as the park transforms from "Thrills by Day" to "Fright by Night."

I went to the park yesterday and saw signs for Fright Fest. The signs said something about a new maze for 2011. Something "Manor" involved. I also got a cool idea. In the past 2 years they have had "Escape From The Asylum". Does anyone think it would be cool if it was called "Escape From Arkham Asylum" and was themed to Batman's foes?

They could, but of course then they would have to pay licensing fees and clear every bit of the artwork and experience through Warner which would take months and be cost prohibitive.

I think a lot of "old school" Fright Fest fans will be happy with the changes coming.

I thought Six Flags has rights to everything DC Comics. They do have a large number of coasters themed to the DC superheros. And if they don't have the rights, they should get them. I think that would be the coolest Terror Trail ever!

Not rights, licenses. Big difference. Time Warner has the rights, and unless they sell of DC, are the only ones who can have the rights. The chain licenses the brand to use the characters in the park, and that costs $$$$$$

Oh. Well I still think it would be the best Terror Trail ever. It would also be cool to see the Scarecrow play a major role in the attraction. Afterall, he is the master of fear and uses fear toxin. He's also a doctor at Arkham Asylum so he could release the other inmates.

Wow, they went in-depth with information on the shows this year (I love the Dead Man's Party backstory).

So does that mean all the coasters are going to have theme-ing as well?

It seems like they're actually trying to scare people this time, lol.

Ok, if not a full on Batman themed Terror Trail, it would be sick to see at least some of Batman's villains inside. I would love to see Joker, Harley Quinn, Killer Croc, Riddler, and of course, SCARECROW! It would make "Escape From The Asylum" more interesting.
