Well here is something funny . We got our season pass mailers and my DH pass had his photo and my daughters name. So we don't use these passes anyway it was no big deal to us. We get our passes through the master card program . Today in the mail we get a letter with a new pass for my hubby . Along with a letter that there were a few passes that were mailed out with the wrong names / photos on them and that due to their error they sent us a BAFF ticket. Good for all season . ;D... Now that is an improvement in customer service huh !! I was very suprised to see this in the mail and was wondering if anyone else got one ?? I am pretty happy with this already lets see if it continues :D
