Title: Test Dummies all Dressed Up?

So last week I noticed the test water dummies on El Toro are dressed up in overalls now.
I also saw the Cheetah Hunt test videos are all dressed up too.
Anyone care to take a guess why.  Flying dummy body parts?

It makes it much more suitable if the first riders aren't in their birthday suits...
