Title: Family Night Sept. 22
Post by: peterpjr on August 13, 2006, 10:55:22 PM
Does anyone know if the Season Pass Holder's family night that was scheduled for Sep. 22 is still on?  I hope this was not a victim of the budget cuts.

Its not even like they have to schedule everybody to work. Just get enough people to work the coasters, the flats, and the kiddie rides. They wont need to open all the little food stands or anything.

But that's the problem...they loose money on family night since SP holders generally don't spend money.   Running the rides is pure expense with no return for the park.  Yes, they could open the park for the SP holder and just run rides with no food or shops open, but they might as well stay closed and save money.

What they should do is open JUST shops and food and games with all the rides closed... ;)

I am sure someone who works at the park that reads this message board can find out the answer and post it.  Will Family Night take place?  Please ask around at the park and find out.

Gah always such a downer. :P There is nothing wrong with a little hoping and wishing. This really stinks with the budget and cutback. I haven't had my family fun yet. :(
