Nemesis though showing its age is still an unbelievable coaster.  I think the theming did it for it.  I want to ride that so bad.

Nemesis doesn't have that great of a layout though. It shouldn't be in the top ten. Top twenty yes, not top ten. Katun is with out a doubt in my mind the best invert layout wise. Pyrenees is also a great layout.

I found it funny that RMT beat out Viper. That's good for a bit of a laugh.

I voted for Viper I Think in the ballpark of 15-20.

I am really shocked Kraken isnt up there, Kraken is hands down a top 10 ride being the BEST floorless out there. SheiKra was a great ride, don't get me wrong I enjoyed it but I think it is not top 10 quality, its only a 200 ft. drop, i mean its fun but if it was higher then it should be a top ten ride.

IMO that is not an accurate top ten at all, I havent rode Alpie yet, but did it somehow get wiped off the face of the earth?

Alpie is VERY underrated.  And Kraken as well, unless your a true hardcore enthusiats.. you dont go to sea world, ever.  Just because its sea world.

Ive never been just because its not worth it.  Theres soo much else to do in Florida.  Therefore, its really rather unknown.

I am also surprised about the amount of inverts in the top 10. Also, I'm surprised that not many Intamin coasters made it to the top 10. B&M outwitted them 6-4. Overall though I think the results are ok. Some coasters in the top 10 definitely deserved their spots, while others did not.

I'm glad Nitro made top 10! :D

What the HELL....

Ok, Katun deserves to be in top 10, and maybe Pyrenees. But Montu isn't even a top 5 invert, let alone top 10 steel coaster. S:RoS at SFA doesn't deserve to smell top 10, and just ehhh....

At least my pride and joy is finally tied for 1st with EGF  :P

Because SFNE fanboys can't accept their ride isn't #1

It's a desgrace they would do that.

I'm surprised S:ROS didn't drop a bit due to those crazy restraints they added.  So many enthusiasts complained about them last year.

I don't know about Expedition GeForce, but, in my opinion, Superman is a really great coaster and deserves to be #1. And why is Millennium Force at 3? It's a really good coaster, but not great.

Skull Mountain beat out GASM...

Since when was SROS SFA a good ride?  Did I miss something?
Personally, I did not like this ride, and with a bit less than 100 coasters under my belt, I can easily name 10 that are better by far.  I just did not like that ride.

The ride deserves to be #1. The poll is fair, everything is done head to head. The people who have ridden both EGF and S:RoS hold more ground than people who just vote on one coaster or the other. And if what you are saying is true, EGF wouldn't have been #1 the past few years.

Like in the GTA's, when more poeple had ridden both MF and S:RoS, the right coaster took #1 (S:RoS in 2003, in 2004 and 2005 the viewers voted MF because of the accident). And it is once again nice to see you have been on what, 30 coasters, and still making statements saying that this poll is screwed up and all of that.

Wade- S:RoS restraints only affect riders who are right at that size restriction. if they are at that restriction, it makes riding uncomfy. If you arecomfortably within the dimensions, you feel almsot no difference between those and the old restraints.

I know what you mean, S:RoS is lame actually. The helixes are boring and the bunny hills don't give you that much air compared to other hypers I been on.

I think he's referring to the fact that some people who "claimed" to have ridden both, voted EGF as last place.

I know. he said he deleted the questionable ballots which had EGF in last or really low. Also, ridership on both went up, and I am sure people in Europe voted for the first time this year. ALSO, S:RoS lost to only 1 coaster in head to heads (EGF, although I have heard the original ballots had them around tied before some polls were deleted, and those polls were by ACE'rs who had ridden both) while EGF lsot to 2 coasters. I think EGF and S:RoS should be #1.
