Hi Everyone,
I know it's a little late, but I was convinced to post this update from a fly-over I did on October 26, 2008. Even though not much can be seen from the air that relates to "Fright Fest" as far as I noticed, I will let all of you be the judge of that. It was a Sunday afternoon filled with abundant sunshine and moderate temps, though the parking lot was less than half-full - A sign of the times maybe !
You can check out the Gallery HERE (http://www.flyinphilsphotos.com/amuse/nj/sfga/2008-10-26/album0)...
Enjoy ;)

Very nice Phil. I love the pictures that show the whole park and the safari!
-
awesome pictures Phil! You got a good shot of the "bloody" fountain.

What's all that behind the bumper car building?
-
There used to be ride behind there a few years ago. Help me out guys what was that?

RIP pendulum :( sniff sniff
I was actually a huge fan of the ride and loved the theme.

I knew that's what it used to be, but it kinda looks in the pictures like there's something else there now.

It's just the old ride tower and some tarp. I don't know why the ground has tarp on it, but it's there!

That's one of my favorite flat rides!!
I was probably too young and didn't go to the park often enough when that was operating at GADV because I don't remember it at all. It seems like it was really close to the entrance area if it used to be behind the bumper cars.
