It is with great sadness that I bring to you the news of the passing of these most overused phrases of 2008:

Epic win
Epic fail
ROFLCOPTER*

Last year, we gathered to bid a fond farewell to our friend FTW., and in 2006 we lost QFT. to an untimely overdose.

Remember, [noun]-age will make you cool immortal.

The vigil will be held at midnight, so please help us memorialize these phrases by remembering them in your posts up until midnight tonight. After which point, you will be immortalized as a tool.
