Basically a good move as it'll give them more power to throw people out.

Cedar Point recently had to do this.

It also helps them avoid being sued for kicking somebody out.  This actually is a smart move.  Hopefully they can work something out since Jackson Twp. does have a good point regarding competitors.

Respect the blue line.  It's working very well.  I've only had to stop one smoker this whole season, versus literally going through a pocket's worth of smoking cards on some days last season.

Just so I understand, can people smoke still in the deignated no smoking sections or have those been emlinated also?  I hate cigarette smoke, so I hope they all have been eliminated.

People can still smoke in the designated smoking areas only.  Its basically 100% like Disney World now only with the potential of a fine (which is wise with the type of guests they attract).

Thanks Wade.  It would be even better if they would not let people smoke at all.

^It would be nice but then people would still smoke anyway probably, setting areas for people to smoke makes everybody happy...
