This will be interesting to follow over the next few years.  I can't help but think this played a part in delaying the resort expansion project.  They will fight this to the end.  We can be sure of that.

Does anyone else think that 52 million seemed kind of low for the property?  I don't know if anyone else knew this but GADV is the 2cd largest amusement park property in the world.  The only one bigger is Disney world.

I think that is only for the land though. You got to remember this is Jackson, not Orlando.

There's an incredible typo in that article.  Three parcels of land totalling more than 6o acres!???

I'm sure that is supposed to be 600.  Does no one proofread anymore?
