Title: Redirect Page

<Geek On>
So will the redirect page ever be removed?
Could someone please explain why it is still necessary.
Just curious as I thought this was going to go away at sometime yet it still lives.

The internet wayback machine doesn't like that redirect page!
No history past the time the redirect page came about.

It's actually something that has pissed me off from day one lol

I've tried unsuccessfully 3 times now to have my domain name moved to our host provider.  I registered GadvUpdates.com with Yahoo but my host is through another company.  Unfortunately, as I learned later, you can't change your default home directory unless your name is with the same company.

So its on the "to do" list for various other reasons as well (it hurts our search results) but so far, I've been unable to get the kinks worked out.

To add to the issue will be the number of sites that have direct links to /forums or bookmarks saved.  So I'll need to redirect that as well lol

I like the redirect page, that's why I'm still here.

Well, hopefully we don't lose you now Bubba because I just put in another request to my provider to have the pointer changed.

We'll see what happens lol

The new direct page will not only have Http and .com but also a 404 error!

Now on a serious note, what if you made that page "Click here for GADVUpdates" with a picture of the park as the background as a temporary fix
