Please note that, if embedded Flash has been disabled by the forum administrator(s), the Flash file will appear as a straight hyperlink as shown here.

Is Flash embedding enabled?

To be honest, I have no idea and I can't check through my phone.  Maybe rj will see this before I get home and check.  Feel free to test here with any flash video to see what it does.

And if worst comes to worse, there is always wmv using windows movie maker lol

IIRC, we never had it so that you could embed any flash other than YouTube, which was then broken by an update.

It will allow video posts instead of just links to videos.
The video will show up instead of just a link to the video.

Enable Flash (check its enabled)

Admin > Posts > Bulletin Board Code (this is the one that I think is enabled by default).
Check 'Flash' bbcode and save to be enabled.

Tom, to embed other objects you will need to manually use   .  I did have it turned off though so it wouldn't have worked before anyway.  I don't think were really a security risk around here anyway so I turned it on lol.

The flash embedding is built into the actual reply page though.  You just need to adjust the numbers for the resolution of your clip.
