My, my, my!
What a wonderful weekend!
We all admired the improvements,
so to Six Flags, a congratulations I send!

Kingda Ka had some down time,
but no nearly as much as before.
The ride ran great this weekend,
no sir, it not run poor.

Yes, Chiller was supposed to open this past week,
when it didn't, it began speculation.
To my knowledge it has yet to even test run,
and it is still pending state inspection.

The construction for El Toro,
is moving faster than a SONIC BOOM!
From what I am hearing from employees and mechanics,
it'll be ready for regular patrons the first week of June.

I got a peak at the trains for El Toro,
yes, they are on site.
I cannot wait to ride this beast,
I want to ride it with all my...uhh...might?  :P

Mark Shapiro was in the park,
with his two little kids on Sunday.
From what I heard through the grapevine,
is that he really enjoyed a great day.

He didn't go up to any major rides,
he didn't even walk on a thrill ride's pavement.
He spent his day with his kids,
to make sure the staff were providing the young ones with quality entertainment.

To end this, Six Flags found out something,
that may make them lose some green.
I heard there are plans to build some "beer shrubbery"
close by in the year 2015.  :?

(More clues to come.)  :D

"Till next time, my friends."

Another Beer Shrubbery?  That's interesting.

Mark Shapiro is at the park so much, he may as well join the boards!  That's like visit number 4 for him this season.

Busch Gardens maybe?  As in the park which is funded by the beer company Amstel-Busch (sp?)

Maybe he is hinting about the great new scenery and gardens and in no time we can be at a scenery and family level with the Busch Gardens parks.

You misunderstood me Nick.  I was talking about how Gadv might be up to par with Busch Gardens in upcoming years.

But then again, within re-evaluation of the post, he might be hinting on that a Busch Gardens park might be comming all together.  I can see it being logical because of many New Yorkers have never been to a BG, and, frankly, never have even heard of one.  It would not be a smart move though.

If a Bush gardens type park came to the area i don't really think that it would impact SFGADv too much gadv no matter how hard they try will always be a teen park even with the new changes . i feel they will always try but it is just the way of the area that this park will always be that way. As for a BG type park here i would still travel to BGW if there was one here . Why not I got season passes to dorney to go to CP for a week and used my DP passes more then my Gadv passes last year.

Well, IMO, this is 100% bogus.  But I guess you never know.

With that said, keep in mind that the first ever AB brewery is in Newark.  I'm not saying they SHOULD build a park there but I guess it isn't that far fetched.

First off, there is absolutely no room for a BG park at the AB Brewery in Newark! It is right across the street from the airport!

Now I have heard rumors about a big amusement park being built up in Northern NJ at the old Hercules Powder Plant in Kenvil, NJ. Approx here (http://maps.google.com/?ll=40.891456,-74.621887&spn=0.027641,0.056305&t=k&om=1). I've only heard this second hand from people who live in the area. (I grew up in North Jersey)
