Title: Bowcrafts Crossbow
Post by: Bubba Z on August 25, 2006, 02:25:38 PM
It was OK , it has a little rattle to it . The best part is they give you two laps in a row. Good thing because it's only 30 seconds a lap.  It also has cool trains, comfortable seats and restraints .

Those are some cool looking trains for a family coaster!  Nice addition for them.  As much as I hate to say this, perhaps Clementon should have added something like this instead of J2.

Oddly enough, there is zero mention of this ride on the bowcraft website.

Wade, it just opened in July. I guess they want to save money and wait until next year to change all the brochures and  the web site. The only thing I saw was a billboard on rt 22 with a picture of it. The only reason I knew it was there was because of a trip report.

Chuck , exit 14  to rt 22. Once on 22 it's about ten miles on the right hand side.

Wow.  My YMCA days are still heavily influencing my thought process.  Bowcraft still equals vomit in my brain. (short story:  Every trip we took to Bowcraft ended up with at least one child vomiting)

Looks like a good addition to the park.  Maybe I'll take a trip up 22 to get a lap.

Wow, what amazing trains for a family coaster. Looks like TTD's trains!

I wanna go ride this now.

I'm about 10-15 minutes away for Bowcraft... I didn't even know they added this. I'll have to hit it up sometime, I haven't been in many years.

The only thing that makes Bowcraft worth a trip just for Crossbow is the fact that it's Pay Per Ride. :D

Also new for Bowcraft this year is a $5 parking charge.  However, there is a side street very close that you can park on.  We weren't about to pay $5 to park just to go on one coaster.
