dive coaster is a 20 million dollar bandaid. It wouldn't even stand out at SFGA after 5 years. It would be like batman. superman, or medusa. Not nitro, ka, or toro. That being said I think it will one day soon replace GASM.

Oh man, I hope those transitions aren't as painful as they look like they're gonna be with the stupid OTSR jabbing ya in the neck.

it looks like too many turns and not enough airtime to me. something that tall should have airtime galore on it.

Intamin rhymes with win for a reason!

Have you met Millennium Force?

I'm not disagreeing by the way. These super tall coasters always waste their potential.

KD has been on the map for quite a while as far as I'm concerned. That park is great, just no major "stand out" coasters. Avalanche, Grizzly, Volcano and Italian Job are all great rides and I can't think of any coaster in the park that actually "sucks". Plus they have Flyers and Drop Zone :)

Yeah, that sucks about Chiller...I hate to see it like that. Hey, so we should get a group picture or something ok. I'll call you later!

Idk but I was very impressed by Hurler. The turns need to be re-profiled, maybe banked more and smoothened a bit, but the rest of the ride is filled with ejector bunny hops.

^ Yes Hurler too! Like I said, no coaster in that park sucks. Oh I forgot about "The Cave" too!!

Shoester, those are called laterals. Banking the turns more would make Hurler a GCI. ;)

Banked turns are overrated, just like inversions and El
Toro. :D (hey it's been a while)

pleaseeeee. el toro has an awesome first drop and is just pure fun to ride as a coaster in general. Forget about the fact that it may not be a "real" wooden coaster, there is no way you would have more fun riding taxi jam all day than el toro all day.

"The lost Treasure Cave "  stealing my thunder are you.  Btw I hate Hurler and Anaconda. Avalanche is my favorite ride, followed by Volcano and a Grizzly tunnel!

I love the bobsled ride, I haven't been there since I was 6. So the only other rides I remember are grizzly, rebel yell, and anaconda.

I fit better on Taxi Jam. Actually, the last two times I was at GAdv, the stupid lapbar on El Toro wouldn't go down "enough" so I wasn't allowed to ride (even though I cleared it on the test seat out front). I can fit on the kiddie coaster without even trying. There's something wrong here. :-/

Don't encourage matt about el toro... If you ignore him it will stop... If you argue you will never win. We all know el toro's awesome. Just play along for his sake. ;)

You can ignore my teasing all you want. It's still just a great coaster and not the amazing, incredible ride it's cracked up to be.

Not a fan of the restraints, the alleged super killer positive G-forces, the trim brake, the wasted opportunity of an ending, and the wasted opportunity of what could have been the all-time greatest steel coaster (next to Space Mountain of course).

Still I am eager to try it, but now I'm more worried about blacking out from the extreme positive G's than taking a beating. Sounds like this might be the first Intamin to kill someone due to positive G-forces. ::)
