Lets give this a shot. I implemented our Karma rating. So when you make a good, quality post, a highly respected member will be able to "Rave" it and you get a positive point. If they think its crap, you get a "Wallop" and go down a point. Having a higher Spunk value earns you more respect and could end up getting you special invites and such in the long haul. :)

We do have the power to ban you yes. But you have to deliberately break forum guidelines to get that. But this is more of a public service announcement. :)
