WDW Reports 3 Employee Deaths, 8 Guest Injuries in Last Quarter

Several of the guest incidents occurred while entering/exiting a ride.

More importantly:

Three Disney World employees were killed on the job this summer.

Two performers died in August. One slipped and hit a wall while swordfighting in "Captain Jack Sparrow's Pirate Tutorial." The other performer suffered a head injury while rehearsing for the "Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular."

In July, a monorail operator was killed in a collision of two trains.

 after "using" Expedition Everest.  Is that what the kids are calling these days.

Sad about the employees.

Really people say using ...your ride here...?

It is very sad that 3 people died.

Yes they do. I heard a guy say that about expedition ev. I also heard someone call him a wife beater behind me.
