My brother and father were playing Halo 3 Beta last night at our friends house...I don't care much for it!

Today is my first day of work at Astroland. I'm pretty nervous! Any body want to come visit me? I should be in the Cyclone on-ride phto booth!

I had my first day of work today at Astroland.

I ended up in games at "The Big Prize". It was fun. I liked pressing buttons and I had a lot of fun with the mic.

Some Notes:
I had to kick out a lady for selling bootlegs
It was empty today
Big gust of wind came and prizes fell 20 ft, and it was the 5 minutes I was left alone.
It's not the best job, but it's better than Hot Topic
We closed early due to weather
When we closed, I got on the last train of the Cyclone, walk-on front row.

So im watching a repeat of 24, last episode of season 4, and re-watching it made me realize how pissed off I am that Michelle, Tony and Mr. Palmer, they all worked to save jacks ass and they got screwed!! Damn show....Grrrr

Foamy was a squirrel. He was our squirrel. My mom, sister, brother and I are Wildlife Rehabilitators, and every year we get animals (usually raccoons), and we always release them when they are well enough. The story of Foamy is a sad one. A man came into the Staten Island Zoo (where my works and I'm a Jr Docent) with a squirrel and was putting him on people to take pictures with. Completely illegal. So, Foamy was given over to us. The man said he found Foamy by himself crying next to his dead mother. We took him in and gave him a nice cage, and eventually a bigger one. He was slow while rehabilitating but was getting there. A few days ago we realized he was alot better and able to be released! Well, today (5/22/07) at around 6:45, something went wrong. He started panting and he couldn't move his back legs. We took him outside and let him get some sun (we thought it was lack of Vitamin C), and he was getting better. After an hour we put him back inside and we watched him. He was moving a little and went into his den and refused to come out. He curled up and got comfortable like he always did to go to sleep, and then he laid to rest. He was a cute guy, and I will miss him around the aprtment. I loved him, and we all got attacthed to him.

I am pissed with Astroland! Damn bastards. First they told me I could not take off July 4th when I was going away. I reschedualed the trip to hershey by one day so i can work July 4th, and when I told them, they said I had to now work July 1st. And about this weekend, all I know is that I work Saturday and start 11:30, when I get off...I don't know, because they don't know. I asked about the rest of the weekend, and they told me that it's a daily schedual, wtf!?!? And I need to work with this to make my two day schedual aqt the Zoo which is becoming harder than I thought!

I had a much better day at work today. My game was driving me crazy. I was getting yelled at for being too slow with the money, and when I spead up I was getting yelled at to be more carefull, WTH!?!? But we were both adjitated with the sun and people today. Of course my Sup left me alone to go out back and have a smoke. I was going crazy with each station, positioning the cables right and running to the Control Panel. We also had to Reset the game twice because some of the cables kept getting jammed. Well, after my break at 3:38, which got me back at 4:08 (I get off at 5), the switched me into the Arcade behind the counter, with kids my age and NO MONEY! Thank god. It was a lot better in there and it was better day. Also my sister came in to suprise me and took pictures. After that we hit up the Cyclone (queue was overflowing, running two trains, not allowing rerides and the line was no more than 8 minutes!)
