Funny stuff hubby heard today about the park....

Ok here is the setting a teachers cafe . There is an 8th grade trip to the park on Thursday . Here  are the stories that TEACHERS have heard and insist are true .

1, TWO people died on Nitro two years ago
2, you MUST sign a weiver to ride KK
3, Free Fall has ripped  more then one persons head off ( BTW they don't even know the ride is gone)
4, Batman chiller isn't running because the TRAIN FELL OFF THE END !!!!  TOO bad for them huh

And the park covers all this stuff up .

Had to share I was laughing so hard I almost needed a depends !!

Although those types of comments anger me, that is just hilarious. I can't believe people think that you have to sign a waiver to ride a roller coaster. That's just ridiculous. Great information! HAHA..

Thats funny I here things like this all the time
Just this past Friday night I was outside at a friends house sitting around a picnic table and we got to talking about Knoebels and the one dude said that one of the coaster were the biggest in the world.
I had to inform him nicely that no KK is the tallest etc.

but what people don't know about they should not talk about
I guess its just what they hear

Yeah you gotta love the uninformed  I guess they should stick to teaching HUH. I just couldn't help but post this when hubby told me . What makes it even funnier is that they faught him on the fact that they were right and he was wrong. LOL

This from people who are in the park maybe once a year and we are wrong we are always there. It will be  three times in one week this week .

This ACTUALLY happened to a 1st gen freefall at another park.

4, Batman chiller isn't running because the TRAIN FELL OFF THE END !!!!

So thats why Batman's train is missing!

This isn't really all that unique to Gadv though (at least,  I don't think so).  I hear some really crazy stories all the time at WDW as well.  Usually they occur on the bus trips back and fourth to the resort.  It really kills me to keep my mouth shut because I so badly want to correct them lol

I feel the same way, especially when I am on line for a ride and hear those comments.
