heh.. sry. i found that a few minutes after posting. You'd think that Six Flags would have something about it on thier site. Or that it would turn something up in a search. I mean if they want you to buy these things...

And hence, my question.

I am not at all sure Snyder and Shapiro want you buying these things. . .  The times, they are a changin . . .

Universal is removing their ride reservation system for all but resort guests, Paramount had tested one and didn't adopt it, Cedar Fair has tested a free reservation system, but went the other direction last summer. . .

It is actually on the "Rides/Attractions" page on SixFlags.com

I'm not sure if they can remove them just yet unless they buy out the agreement.  If I'm not mistaken, they signed a lease for at least 5 years.  Plus, it would be very difficult to lose the insane amount of money they are earning from those stupid things.

Btw sagrr, Welcome to updates!  lol  If you didn't already notice, there aren't many fans of the system on here.  Hopefully they do work out some of the issues they had the past few years with the Q-bots.

^ Thanks.

As a fan of the Q-bot I'm glad they will be available for our visit in May.

It's a nice thing to have when you go to other SF parks. But I never use the one at GADV since I am there about once a week.

^ Absolutely.

If my home park (SFMM) had Q-bot I would never use it. Maybe when out of town friends were in town or something, but other than that nope.

They have the FastLane tickets and the only reason we use those is because we get 4 free with our passes.

The article being discussed in this thread has more info about the Fastlane system.  Basically, it isn't going anywhere.
