I don't know why they called it Nitro. It was probably an employee poll when they were building it I guess.

I think it's a great name (and a great ride), but one of the lamest color schemes EVAR! It needs a meaner look--black and red or something.

Well, among other things, in Cedar Fair's most recent conference call, the news came out the company tried to cancel or at least defer those rides, but was unable to do so. And that Shoot The Rapids at Cedar Point was originally slated for the 2009 season, but was deferred for a year.

But seriously, you can tell people youre gonna build stuff and then just not do it for another year. Thats kinda how ga messed up with chiller its first year.

How exactly could they get all the rides? They don't have the money to buy any parks, even if CF went out of business.
