Waldameer has a good flume. i'm guessing driving through Erie is not the best route for you.

There are so many great flumes out there. Shoot The Rapids is not one of them.

I'm looking at flying into Pittsburgh on Thursday, driving out to CP for Friday, driving to Waldameer on Saturday for the day, then that evening heading back to Pitt for Kennywood and the flight home on Sunday.  Waldameer is new to me, and I miss Kennywood.  It's been almost 10 years.
