I've googled earthed that coaster before. I can't get on defunct parks at work or I would guess.

Yes my mom lived down the road. I didn't know where the park was I was just driving by and seen the park and stopped jumped out etc.
Pictures like this almost brings tears to my eyes. All the good times familes had and the kids memories growing up.

these are scans of the pictures I found

the Park is there when driving to Knoebels its only a 1/2 miles off route 80
near Drums PA.  near Hazelton

That is my Bronco \/  which I don't have anymore

Yes I walked in the park and trains still in the station \/

Information was so hard to come by back then.  I really wish I had known about that park.  It looks like such a delightful coaster...and very different from most John Allen's....

And the park was no doubt fun.

I figured out how I knew about  Angela park, good old geocaching.

Park at N 41'02.19 W 075'57.16 Facing Angela Park there is a path to your left it is your best bet because area might be private property.

Angela Park made its debut in 1957 it was located on the east side route 309, Drums, PA north of Hazleton. The park was opened by the Barletta family of Hazleton, who named the park after their late mother Angela. The park was a 35-acre family oriented park with a small wooden roller coaster, pool, and a bunch of other fun rides. Your task is to go to the park and find the cache and relive the glory days of this small amusement park. This makes a great story for the kids. The cache is located in a Ammo Box. Try to stay off of the park's property I am not sure if it is private. Park at N 41'02.19 W 075'57.16 go towards the creek that runs towards there and make your way around the park that way. There are many pine trees it is also where the old train use to go through. There is a first to find prize in this cache since it is our first one. I hope you enjoy the cache.

Plus you can find pictures on Defunct parks.com
